Imran Mohamed launched Asa Sadan’s first physical garments at 120 Bree Street in November 2021. Imran is an old acquaintance of our store’s founder Daniel Sher – the pair met while Imran was training as an apprentice under Shukrie Joel of i&i.
After returning from his Masters in Business Administration at London’s Central Saint Martin’s art and design school, Imran presented his dissertation through a collection of impeccably tailored trousers, tactical vests, sports caps, long sleeve T-Shirts and collar shirts to the delight of our store’s buyers.
Photographed by Christina Fragkou on a sunny Bree Street afternoon, Imran wears a selection of Asa Sadan products, including the Asa Sadan Seersucker Collar Shirt in Navy, and the tailored trousers in navy. The under garment, headwear and sneakers (from *A-Cold-Wall) are Imran’s own.
We asked Imran our 11 questions to get some insight into what shapes his world. Enjoy!
